1.0 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Except where such exclusions are prohibited by law, under no circumstance will Rovalution Automotive Ltd. be liable for negligence, gross negligence, negligent misrepresentation, fundamental breach, damages of any kind, under any legal theory, including any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including, but not limited to, vehicle damage, property damage, personal injury, pain and suffering, emotional distress, loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of business or anticipated savings, loss of use, loss of goodwill, loss of data, and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract, breach of privacy, or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with your use, or inability to use, or reliance on, the online store, any linked websites, any third-party websites, or the products purchased from the online store.

1.1 QUALITY OF PACKAGING

In many cases the parts you order are no longer available through the original vendor network and as such are known as "new old stock". We have indicated if the part itself is scuffed or scratched but please be aware that the box or plastic wrap the part comes in is often torn, scuffed or bent as the parts have often been transferred through the dealer and vendor networks before arriving to us.

2.0 SHIPPING

Shipping options are chosen during checkout. Please check the individual product page for specific delivery options. You will pay all shipping and handling charges unless otherwise specified in the order confirmation. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer of the products to the carrier. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments.

3.0 RETURNS

There is a 20% handling charge on all accepted goods returned for credit. No returns accepted after 15 days from invoice date. No exchange or credits without presentation of the original invoice. Special order items are not subject to cancellation, exchange or return. No returns on electrical items.

4.0 WARRANTY

We do not manufacture or control any of the products or services offered on our store. The availability of products or services through our Site does not indicate an affiliation with or endorsement of any product, service or manufacturer. Accordingly, we do not provide any conditions or warranties with respect to the products or services offered on our Site. However, the products and services offered on our Site are covered by the manufacturer's warranty as detailed in the product's description on our Site and included with the product. To obtain warranty service for defective products, please follow the instructions included in the manufacturer's warranty. You affirm that we shall not be liable, under any circumstances, for any breach of warranty or condition claims or for any damages arising out of the manufacturer's failure to honour its warranty obligations to you.

5.0 AVAILABILITY

Some items on our store may no longer be available. While we do our best to keep our inventory levels accurate and up to date there may be some products that we can not supply. In these cases we will provide a full refund for any products we cannot provide.

6.0 PRICE VARIATIONS - ON NOT-IN-STOCK OR SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS

For items which are not in stock or special order items, prices are still subject to change after you have clicked purchase. Due to unforeseen circumstances, until the items have been received, all shipping, duties and tariffs paid, and the order is ready in our warehouse. We will keep you apprised of this after you order. If the final price is not satisfactory we will provide a full refund.
