Terrafirma - 4 Stage Adjustable Shock Absorber - Front - Standard Fitment: Discovery 2 This front shock absorber features adjustable damping across 4 settings—Comfort, Standard, Firm, and Sport—allowing you to tailor suspension performance to match your coil spring rate, vehicle weight, and driving preferences. Built on the proven Pro Sport platform, the 4 Stage Adjustable delivers the same strength and reliability while offering versatile ride tuning for both on-road and off-road use. The shock features a robust twin tube construction with a low-pressure nitrogen/oil design that prevents cavitation and shock fade. The 18mm shaft and 35mm piston provide durability for demanding conditions. Adjustment is simple—rotate the knob on the shock body to select your preferred damping level, from the softer Comfort setting to the aggressive Sport mode. With Standard travel geometry, the shock extends to 590mm and compresses to 365mm. The body diameter measures 57mm. Compatible replacement bush kits are available: ROA100050 (Front Upper) and ROA100040 (Front Lower). Built to withstand tough use, the shock features a durable deep silver paint finish for corrosion resistance. A bright red semi-rigid plastic dust shield with embossed branding protects the double-chromed shaft from stone damage. When paired with Terrafirma coil springs, these shocks deliver a 2" (50mm) lift with increased wheel travel. Available in extended travel options up to +5" (125mm).
