Terrafirma 8 Stage Remote Reservoir Shock Absorber - Rear - RH - Plus 5" Designed for Discovery 2 vehicles, this rear shock features 5" additional travel with an open length of 705mm and closed length of 430mm. Built with monotubes using high pressure nitrogen and oil, the shock incorporates a 20mm shaft diameter, 46mm piston diameter, and 52mm body diameter. The shock utilizes pin mountings at top and bottom for direct replacement capability. Replacement bush kits ROA100050 are available for both rear upper and lower mounting points. The +5" extended length rear shock features a piggy back reservoir design, with left and right specific configurations to ensure proper positioning when mounted. The 8 stage adjustable damping system allows tuning across multiple driving conditions including rock crawling, cross country, and fast road driving. This high-performance shock is engineered for vehicles requiring extreme suspension articulation and demanding off-road capability. Installation on the rear requires the TF519 mounting kit, which includes brackets and all necessary hardware. Front fitment is compatible with Defender, Discovery 1, and Range Rover Classic suspension mounts. The TF522 +2" turrets are recommended for front installation to avoid suspension turret modifications.
