Terrafirma - Power Plus Foam Air Filter

Terrafirma - Power Plus Foam Air Filter

The Terrafirma Power Plus Foam Air Filter (equivalent to PHE000112) is a fully reusable replacement for your vehicle's standard paper air filter element. Manufactured by Pipercross, world leaders in foam filtration technology, this filter is trusted by premier engine builders globally. The advanced foam construction delivers 30% increased airflow compared to the original filter, while maintaining quiet operation without added induction noise. Standard paper and cotton filters lose efficiency as dirt accumulates and blocks airflow, reducing engine power. The Terrafirma's deep foam design allows air to flow around trapped particles, maintaining consistent performance. MIRA independent testing confirms that Pipercross foam captures more than double the dust particles of competing filter types while preserving airflow. Built from specially formulated polyurethane foam, the filter features triple-layer construction that progressively filters from coarse to fine. Outer layers trap initial dirt particles upon entry, while the inner layer provides superior filtration and engine protection. The foam material offers enhanced durability and longevity compared to traditional paper alternatives. When saturated, the filter is easily cleaned using dedicated cleaning solution and re-oiled, making maintenance simple and cost-effective. For high-performance applications demanding exceptional airflow, the PLUS Panel variant features a distinctive 2-layer foam and stainless steel construction with 5mm 60PPI and 20mm 20PPI layers, flowing 22.1% more air than the standard version while providing superior dirt retention capacity.
