Terrafirma - Replacement Silencer Pipe - Stainless Steel - 300TDI

Terrafirma - Replacement Silencer Pipe - 300TDI

Upgrade your Defender 90's exhaust system with this Terrafirma free flowing silencer replacement pipe. Replace the restrictive centre silencer and experience an enhanced, throaty exhaust note while improving performance. Constructed from 1.5mm 409 stainless steel, this pipe significantly extends the lifespan of your original exhaust. Grade 409 is a ferritic stainless steel specifically engineered for automotive exhaust applications, offering superior bendability and weldability compared to other stainless grades. This material resists cracking from vibration and provides excellent corrosion resistance to both atmospheric and exhaust gas conditions. While a light surface patina may develop over time, this actually inhibits further rust penetration. Grade 409 prioritizes durability and corrosion protection over aesthetic polish, making it the ideal choice for demanding exhaust environments where performance and longevity matter most.
