Terrafirma - Replacement Silencer Pipe - Stainless Steel - TD5 / TD4

Terrafirma - Replacement Silencer Pipe - TD5 / TD4

Terrafirma - Replacement Silencer Pipe - TD5 / TD4 Fitment: Defender 90 Compatible with TD5 (1998-2007) and TD4 (2007-2016) models. Upgrade from the restrictive centre silencer with this free-flowing replacement pipe for improved exhaust performance and enhanced engine sound. Constructed from 1.5mm 409 stainless steel, this pipe delivers superior longevity compared to original equipment. Grade 409 ferritic stainless steel is specifically engineered for automotive exhaust applications, offering excellent bendability and weldability while resisting vibration-induced cracking. The material provides outstanding resistance to atmospheric and exhaust gas corrosion, making it ideal for demanding automotive environments. A light patina may develop on the surface over time, which actually protects against further corrosion, though this means it's best suited for functional rather than decorative applications.
