Traditional rear door-mounted spare wheels create excessive stress on the door structure, leading to rattling, cracking, and premature failure—particularly with larger wheel and tire combinations or demanding terrain. The TF051 carrier addresses this by relocating the spare wheel load away from the door itself. It mounts securely to the body capping and rear crossmember for robust load distribution, while an anti-vibration sliding piston assembly connects to the rear door, enabling smooth automatic movement as the door operates. Durable nylon bushes integrated into the hinges ensure extended service life and resist corrosion, providing a reliable, rust-free mounting solution.
